My pedicure was rushed at best. Uncomfortable cutting, extra $5 charge for my particular polish?!? When I asked about that the man got a little annoyed. My toenails are uneven and smeared. I prob ruined them leaving in a hurry. They put those papery slippers on me although I wore sandals to accommodate. No one was friendly. I will never go back. Place was empty and now I understand why.

Paid $ 80 for a pedicure & a buff manicure (no polish at all) , I could have done better myself, there was uneven polish on my toes & my fingernails did not look like I had a manicure. Walked out very dissatisfied, might not go back.

There was a misunderstanding of when my appointment was for,they thought it was for yesterday I thought it was for today but they were able to take me and my daughter right away as soon as they opened. I was not aware there was a bigger fee for me to use a debt card there is no sign anywhere that states that so all the services I got they added an additional six dollars to my bill which I am not okay with. If that is the case and had known cash is preferred I would have done that. I will now know that they want cash instead.

Made an appointment for 5:30 on a Friday. It was busy but I was seen on time. Friendly techs, clean facility, nice and bright inside. David does a perfect gel manicure! Will be back.

I had been going here a few times over the summer. I really like the nail technician Cindy. She would take her time and really was detailed with my nails. It is very clean and they have a selection of colors but I didn't like how I was treated by the owners. They wouldn't speak to me or try to make conversation with me as I see they would do with other customers.I even got turned away one night with my friend, a new customer I was bringing to them. They didn't even try to accommodate us. Because of the treatment I've received I stopped coming here. You would think because I was a frequent customer every month I would be treated nicer. Found another nail salon that I feel much more comfortable in.
