Winnie, III, age 68, of Lexington, South Carolina, and formerly of Great Bend, Pennsylvania, passed away on Friday, April 5, 2024. He was born on April 15, 1955 in Binghamton, New York to Carol Cornelius and Theodore M. Winnie, Jr. Ted worked and volunteered in fire service at Great Bend Hose Company for over 30 years and was a fire chief for 14 years. He also worked for Anitec Image for 24 years and SC DJJ for 15 years. He loved spending time with his family and was a devoted Papa. He enjoyed doing yardwork, especially tending to his roses.
