As for how to make a clip on Twitch, you can use the Clips feature of Twitch to capture 5-60 seconds of a game stream. Check the simple steps below.

Step 1. Open Twitch website in your browser, click Log In to log into your account.

Step 2. Start playing or watching the target Twitch live stream you like. When you get to where you want to clip, you can hover your mouse cursor to the right-bottom of the streaming video and click on the Clip button (like a clapperboard). Alternatively, you can also press Alt + X keyboard shortcut to open Twitch Clips feature.

Step 3. The Clips feature will automatically clip the last 60 seconds of the live Twitch stream, and a new video clip will display. You can drag the handle on the timeline to trim the video from 5 to 60 seconds.

Step 4. As you can see, Twitch also lets you add a title for the clip. You can give a catching title for the Twitch video clip and click Publish to publish this clip on Twitch.

After publishing, you can click Export or Download on the screen to download the video clip to your computer.

  2. Select Create Clip in the options list.
  3. Edit the created Twitch video clip like adjust the video length and add a title.
  4. Tap Publish to publish the clip.
