Worst haircut ever. The lady was rushing the haircut and don't even bother to use the cape and the tape. Worst experience ever. Very disappointed with the haircut. She cut it how she wanted instead of what i asked for. She cut my front hair soo short and didn't even out the back and the front, now my front hair is short and the back of my haur is long. I can't believe she even let me go out looking like that. I don't recommend this, truly unprofessional and the hair dresser is rushing, barely spent 10 minutes.

Worst customer service ever - completely rude and disrespectful. My daughter had a cough (she has had for over 3 weeks - tested negative for flu, covid, etc, and no fevers for 3 weeks). They had an issue and acted like my daughter had the plague, no one would help us and their staff was so completely wrong on how they handled this situation!!! She had a cough for so long and is no longer contagious, but if they would have had some manners and acted appropriately by asking her to please put on a mask, we would have complied. They need to learn Customer Service 101 ... just awful!

I have an absolute fabulous haircut at the salon I like the fact that I could walk in without an appointment and get my haircut. It was nice that they actually had in their lobby a list of people that were waiting for cuts there were two people before me and they got to me in about 15 minutes. One of the best cuts I've ever had!!

I downloaded this app just so I could warn others from coming here. I have gone twice now to get a haircut and it has been absolutely horrible both times. The side of my head had random bald spots from her cutting to short in some areas and not others.

I can't recommend this place. They are close to my house so I thought I would give them a try. On my second visit I checked in online. When I arrived there was a mother with one child getting a haircut. After this kid was done the worker said it was my turn. I said no I will wait go ahead and cut the kids brothers hair. While the worker was cutting the second child's hair another gentleman showed up. After the worker was done she said the guy that came in after me was next. I was furious but needed a haircut. So if I had made this young mother wait with her two kids I could have been out of there instead I was forced to wait. I cannot patronize a business with such poor ethics and recommend you stay away. BTW the haircut was only average.
